Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer our customers a 30-day return policy where we will offer a full refund excluding the shipping costs.
- To return an item you must call us at (972)459-4900 or send us an email to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
- A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. If it is not returned with packaging and accessories then the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee..
- Any item that was special ordered or keyed-alike is not returnable.
