Shipping and Returns

ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES

Online orders will only be processed Monday - Friday.

Holidays may affect processing times.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed.

FREE STORE PICKUP

As a service to our local customers, we offer free store pickup from all our locations. Please note that the order processing times stated above apply. Once your order is ready for pickup you will be notified via email or phone.

If you did not get a call or email stating your order is ready, please call the store prior to picking up your order. Your item may be coming from another location and the store may not have your order yet.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Shipping is via UPS and USPS.

Shipping times vary between 1 - 7 days depending on your location, but orders typically arrive between 3 - 5 business days from the order date.

Custom Name Kits typically arrive about 3 weeks after the order is placed.

The Soccer Corner only ships to the continental USA.

We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Soccer balls may be shipped flat (not aired up).

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Soccer Corner offers FREE return shipping to our online customers. We truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide; however, we understand that occasionally you may have to return or exchange something for a variety of reasons.

We have a no hassle return and exchange policy. Please return any new, unworn, and unused products to us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will promptly refund your money or process your exchange.

WHAT CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in original condition as received, and if sold as a set (i.e. warm up top and pant), they must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on in a clean indoor area or we cannot accept or process your return or exchange.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

  • Items with custom embroidery, logos, names, and/or numbers
  • Partial items from a set – items sold as a set must be returned as a set
  • Worn or laundered items – all returned items must be in new/original condition

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Items purchased in-store or online can be returned to any of our store locations.

If you would like to return an online purchase through the mail, you will need to fill out the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM in its entirety and include it with your returned items in order to receive a refund or exchange. You do not need to return the Invoice that was included in your original order – this is you receipt to keep for your records. You can use the FREE UPS return shipping label included with your original order to return your items. If you need a replacement return shipping label, please email us at orders@thesoccercorner.com.

Do not affix shipping labels directly to item packaging. Please use a separate box, bag, or packing paper to return your items and protect the product packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, we will assess a $5 fee to be taken out of your refund.

EXCHANGES

If you order online from TheSoccerCorner.com, you can use the FREE return shipping label that was included in your order for a free even exchange (must be same price) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only one exchange per original order is allowed. If you need to return your exchanged item for another item, you will need to mark it as a return and place a new order.

Inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed. In the event we are unable to process your exchange request, you will be issued a refund as applicable in the Refunds section below.

If you are using the FREE return shipping label to exchange an item, please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you send your shipment to receive your new item. To request 2nd day or overnight shipping, or to get your new item faster, please mark the item as a RETURN on the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM and place a new order online.

REFUNDS

Refunds for items returned via mail service will be processed once we receive the items in original condition and your completed RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM.

Refunds are processed Monday – Friday between 10am – 5pm CST. Please allow for 1 – 3 days from the time we receive your returned items for your refund to be processed. Should you decide to return an item, the shipping charges from the original order will not be included in the refund. Credits will be made in the original form of payment on the order.
